Burlap Table Runner...

 So my good friend Jaime came over to make this table runner at my house because I have a surger, and I love how it turned out.  She said they are selling similar ones on Etsy for $60.  This one cost under $10 to make.  She bought everything she needed from Hobby Lobby.  She cut this runner out 60 x 18 inches and surged all the edges and left them that way.

 Then pinned these pre-made ruffles and sewed three rows onto the ends of the runner.  And it was finished!!!

I tried to convince her to just let me keep it on my table because it looked so good but she wasn't convinced :).
